These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DrayageIQ (the "Service"), operated by Lilwemma Services Co ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DrayageIQ is a software tool that helps drayage owner-operators organize settlement data, analyze their business, and view educational insights. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

DrayageIQ, including any AI-generated output, calculations, scores, projections, and funding suggestions, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. We are not your accountant, financial advisor, lender, or broker. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything shown in the Service.

3. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to read documents and generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important figures against your original settlement statements and source documents. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated result.

4. Funding Information

The Service may display information about third-party lenders, financing programs, or funding resources. We are not a lender, broker, or financial institution, and we do not originate, arrange, or guarantee any loan or funding. Any links to third parties are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for those third parties, their terms, or their decisions, and inclusion does not imply endorsement or that you will qualify.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Plans. The Service may be offered on a free tier, a trial, and one or more paid subscription plans. Current pricing and plan details are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Trials. If you start a trial, your selected paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial terms shown at signup apply.
• Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term using your payment method on file, at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again. There are no long-term contracts.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing term has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@getdrayageiq.com.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Lilwemma Services Co and protected by applicable laws. The data you enter remains yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilwemma Services Co and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
