This Privacy Policy explains how Lilwemma Services Co ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of DrayageIQ (the "Service," available at getdrayageiq.com), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

DrayageIQ securely stores your business data in the cloud so it stays available and in sync across every device you use. The information involved falls into these categories:

• Data stored in our secure cloud database. Your settlement details, business profile, expenses, documents, and app preferences are encrypted and stored in our secure cloud database (Supabase). This allows your data to sync automatically across your phone, tablet, and computer.
• Account information (if you sign in). If you create an account using Google Sign-In or email, we receive your name and email address through our authentication provider to identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Information processed for AI features. When you use AI-powered features (such as document scanning, the AI advisor, or report analysis), the relevant content you submit is transmitted securely to our AI processing provider to generate a response. See Section 4.
• Payment information (if you subscribe). Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number or bank details.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service and its features.
• To authenticate your account, manage your subscription, and sync your data securely across your devices.
• To process the content you submit to AI features and return results to you.
• To respond to your support and privacy requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service:

• AI processing (Anthropic). When you use AI features, your submitted content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.
• Cloud database, authentication, and sync (Supabase). Used to securely store your data, sign you in, and keep your information synced and up to date across every device you use.
• Hosting (Vercel). Serves the application and standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
• Payments (our payment processor). Processes subscription transactions securely.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is encrypted and retained in our secure cloud database for as long as your account is active, so it remains available whenever and wherever you sign in. You can permanently delete your data at any time using the "Delete My Data" option in the app's menu. Account and subscription records are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and accounting requirements.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request access to or a copy of that information.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getdrayageiq.com. You can also permanently delete your cloud-stored data yourself at any time using the in-app "Delete My Data" option.

7. Security

The Service runs over HTTPS, and all data — whether stored in our cloud database or submitted to AI features — is transmitted and stored using encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
